dont trust there billing dept. GEN MEDIA first of never sent me an email then this site never informed me while purchasing this site you could only download 25gs per week. there billing company is GEN MEDIA BE WARE. this company said nothing about download limits before i bought just another rip off company that hides details only want ur money and more.

"Deceitful Practices"
I ended up having to cancel my membership since it wasn’t in my budget constraints to keep subscribing. When I cancelled they said my subscription would conclude at the end of the pay cycle (this was only two days after they charged me for another month), but when I logged on I couldn’t access any of my content. Basically they charged me for a month, untruthfully told me I could still access content til the end of the paid month after canceling, and cut my membership after charging me.

"Discriminatory and exclusionary practices"
I had to end my membership because Vixen is promoting an exclusive and antidiverse agenda. There's a lack of diversity among the actors, who are all Caucasian. As a man of color I was disappointed by these unwelcoming and unrepresentative experiences in their films.

"Be aware, scam!!!"
Vixen is an adult content I have watched for a year or so on PH.
I’ve never thought it might be a scam until decided to subscribe. Their movies are professional and website looks trustable. So, it’s a well-known company with reputation (that’s what I thought).
I chose 2-days description for $1.99. First of all, I was charged $2, but it’s not a big deal and I would never concern about it.
Secondary, next day I was charged $34.95 (by GENMEDIA*) for monthly subscription!!! Ok, auto subscription is a frequent treat of many tech companies.
But today (after 2 days of my subscription for just 1.99 dollars), I noticed that was charged again by ECHST.NET which is also another billing company of Vixen (It’s on their website). And… official customer service of Vixen replied that… it’s normal. And if I have any questions, I could contact echst.net.
Unfortunately, there are no reviews on TrustPilot when I subscribed Vixen. I just would like to aware you - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I hope my bank will dispute these transactions. However, it’s a headache to see new transactions every day when all you wanted - 2-days subscription!
