"Downloads are okay, but do they slow down for anyone else?"
Videos usually download fine for me, but I’ve noticed they can get slow during peak hours. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just a little annoying when I’m trying to grab something quickly. Curious if other people are seeing the same thing or if it’s just my connection

I regret using this because the billing name wasn’t discreet at all like they claimed. It ended up being embarrassing. When I reached out to support, they just sent what felt like a copy-and-paste response, which made it even more frustrating.

"Support took way too long to get…"
Support took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I sent. I kept having to explain the same thing, and it felt like the goalposts kept moving every time I thought we were getting somewhere. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process was annoying.

vixen’s got a okay spread of genres, so there’s some stuff to look through for sure. But after scrolling around a bit, it kinda starts feeling samey. Some sections have a lot, then others are kinda bare. It’s not bad or anything, I just figured there’d be more to pick from for what it costs. Probably a 3 star thing for me

I’m getting frustrated... half the time I can’t even log in. The password reset emails either show up way too late or don’t come through at all. I tried reaching out to support, but they weren’t really much help either.

"Good quality, but the library feels kind of small"
vixen is, like, decent overall, and I’d probably put it around 3 stars. The video quality is really good, and the site itself works fine for the most part. I didn’t really run into any major issues or anything like that, so yeah, on the basic stuff, it does what it’s supposed to do.
My main thing is just that the library feels a little limited once you’ve been browsing for a bit. New videos do get added, but it didn’t feel like enough to keep me subscribed for very long. It’s a decent site, for sure, I just kind of wish there was more to choose from...

"Good app, but the updates need to pick up"
I like the app overall and there’s a lot of good stuff here, but the updates have been coming out way too slowly lately. I get that development takes time, but it’s reasonable to expect fixes and improvements a bit more often, especially when people are using it regularly.

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch on mobile"
It looks totally fine on my laptop, which is why I thought I was getting a smooth experience overall. But once I tried using it on my iPad, the site started resizing all weird and the player buttons didn’t line up right. My phone was laggy too. For the price, it kind of feels like a bait and switch because it seems polished on one device but not nearly as good on the others. It’s not unusable, just frustrating

"Felt flat overall"
I really wanted to like it, but most of the performers just seemed kind of checked out, like they were waiting for their lunch break or something. A few scenes felt awkward in a way that pulled me out of it, and I kept thinking about how I should’ve just stayed home and finished the leftover pizza in my fridge. I expected a lot more energy, but it wasn’t worth it for me.

"Canceling was actually easy easy"
I thought canceling was going to be a whole annoying thing, but it really, really wasn’t. I just logged in, found the billing section, and canceled without having to do the whole email back-and-forth. The confirmation came through quickly too. So far, no random extra charge or anything weird. Definitely better than I expected.

"Couldn’t even access it from my country"
The site itself looks alright, but I couldn’t really use it because it kept blocking me based on my location. I paid thinking everything would work normally, and then suddenly I’m dealing with access limits. It also felt like the whole thing was handled carelessly, like nobody bothered to make the restrictions clear upfront. Support took ages to respond too, which just made it more frustrating. not worth the hassle for me.

"Clean Look, but Frustrating to Use"
The site looks clean at first, but actually using it was kind of annoying. Pages were slow to load for me, and the search and filter options didn’t really help much. A few of the menus were confusing on my phone too. Also, it wasn’t very clear who actually owns or runs the site, which made me feel a bit unsure about paying for it. For a paid site, I expected a smoother, more trustworthy experience. The content might be fine, but the usability definitely needs work.

I mostly signed up so I could save videos and watch them later, and it’s been really simple to use. The download button is easy to find, the speeds are solid, and it just does what I need without any fuss

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
I signed up for a month i kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier. It ended up feeling worth the price. The site worked well on both my phone and laptop, the videos loaded quickly, and there was enough new content that I didn’t get bored. Canceling was also easy, which I’m always nervous about with subscriptions. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for what you get, it feels fair.

I’m tired of services making everything feel like a chore, so I appreciated how simple it was to switch the resolution. 4K looks really clean on my TV, and when my Wi-Fi starts acting up, the lower options still hold up well enough without a lot of messing around

I was a bit worried at first because I’m careful with my money and didn’t want to be stuck waiting forever for a refund. It did take a little longer than I hoped, but support was helpful and eventually got everything sorted out. Not perfect, but fair enough in the end...
